Your Stoii.co account will be closed and its associated server data deleted.

Submit your request

  1. Complete the form using the email linked to your Stoii.co account, when possible.
  2. Select the button below. Your email app will open with the request details.
  3. Send the email to complete your request. We may reply to verify that the account is yours.
  4. After verification, we will process the request and confirm by email within the period required by applicable law.

This form opens your email app and does not submit until you send the message. If it does not open, email hello@stoii.co with the same details.

What is deleted

For a verified full-account request, we delete from the active Stoii.co service:

  • Your account, profile, preferences, and login information.
  • Server-hosted Circle and Community Moments, uploaded photos, replies, and reactions.
  • Check-ins, reviews, challenges, garden progress, Circle relationships, and other account activity.
  • Subscription-entitlement links, AI consent records, and usage records where they are associated with you and are not required for a reason below.

For a data-only request, we delete the verified data you identify and keep your account active. We will contact you if deleting that data would prevent the account or a requested feature from working.

Private Moments stored only on your device are not available to Stoii.co and cannot be deleted by this form. Delete them in the app or clear the app's local data on each device.

What may be kept

We do not keep active account data for an additional marketing or operational grace period after a verified full-account deletion. We may retain only:

  • Limited records required by law, accounting rules, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution, for the period required or reasonably necessary for that purpose.
  • Restricted copies in backups or logs until their ordinary expiry or overwrite cycle completes.
  • Aggregated or de-identified information that can no longer be linked to you.

Cancelling a subscription, uninstalling Stoii.co, or clearing local app data does not by itself delete your server account. Deleting your account may not cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription; manage that subscription separately through the store where you purchased it.
